Meet the author of development that belongs.
Laura Burnham founded Berg Land Company (previously Central Street Land Company) in 2019 out of Denver, Colorado. Laura brings institutional experience in finance and strategic growth from several market-leading real estate and hospitality companies, including Vail Resorts, Prologis, Inspirato, David Weekly Homes and Century Communities. She has overseen the entitlement and successful disposition of thousands of residential lots and over $260 million in development land across Colorado, Utah and Idaho. Laura brings a female voice into a male-dominated field, unafraid to advocate for the right kind of growth. To her, that is development that feels personal, tasteful and lasting.
Every project begins with respect—for the land, its story, and the people who give it life.
We design for those often overlooked, creating places of quality and dignity without compromise.
Where others see obstacles, we see potential—transforming complexity of high-barrier-to-entry land into lasting value.
We prize honesty as highly as design—open dialogue, accountable action, and outcomes worthy of trust.
We reject shortcuts and quick wins. Every detail is measured, intentional and made with integrity to stand the test of time.
Our partnerships are our currency—merging local wisdom with global perspective to elevate every endeavor.
